I drove up to the building and parked with some hesitation. I walked in only to be greeted by the most pleasant and beautiful face at the desk, Marsha Williams, seeing her face and the energy that came from her was absolutely amazing, I immediately felt relaxed, I was checked in and was waiting. Then my hygienist Phebie came to get me, I told her my concerns about the sensitivity and discomfort I experienced from previous cleaning. During the cleaning process I felt comfortable, I had no pain, and for the first time it didn't felt like someone is yanking out my teeth. I truly appreciate Phebie for her compassion, gentleness and for the mer fact that she listened to me and made all the effort to give me comfort and quality. It was a job well done. I went in for a free consultation and everyone of the staff that I saw were very nice to me & Dr. Morrow was very attentive to my desire to get my teeth extracted so I can get dentures. I wasn't admonished cause my teeth are so bad which helped me to understand that not every dentist looks down on people, like myself who through no fault of their own, have teeth go bad. I am really afraid of dentist since having real bad experience with one back in the late 90's but the staff & dentist of Eastern Shore Smile Solutions made me feel really comfortable, which is definitely a good thing. Anyway I will definitely refer any & all ppl to this dentist office TEN STARS!
